What are your hours of operation, including holidays?

Shine Auto Parts WA is located in Perth 6107 WA. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm Perth WA Time, and all Sundays close except our national holidays.

Outside regular hours you are welcome to send your questions and inquirers  to parts@shineauto.com.au or leave a voicemail message on our toll-free help line at 1300 550 883 and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Who will get in touch when I call for inquiry?

Our well trained executives will get in touch with you when you call us. You can give them a brief description of your vehicle parts inquiry and just go about your day. They will get back to you in a minutes or as soon as possible.

What are different types of auto parts do you sell?

We sell auto parts from damaged, unwanted, broken, scrap, old, used, wrecked, etc cars. These cars are usually inoperable but we only select the best working conditioned parts to sell. At our current stock, we have over +20,000 car parts available with mostly all make and models.

Do you accept parts in exchange?

We offer discounts on exchange parts on several 4WD parts, especially engines and gearboxes. All exchange parts must be returned within five (5) business days in complete form and shape, however can be faulty or broken but not missing parts or components.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We accept returned parts with 100% refund if the supplied part is faulty and or does not fit in your vehicle. All correctly supplied part will incur 20% re-stocking fee.

Are you offer Warranty for parts?

We offer 3 months warranty on all mechanical parts from the date of purchase. We do not offer warranty on electrical parts.
