01. Warranty

We offer three (3) months warranty on all mechanical parts from the date of purchase. We do not offer warranty on electrical parts. We do not cover labour under warranty.

02. Return & Refund

We accept returned parts with 100% refund if the supplied part is faulty and or does not fit in your vehicle. All correctly supplied part will incur 20% re-stocking fee.

03. Exchange Part

We offer discounts on exchange parts on several 4WD, FWD parts, especially engines and gearboxes. All exchange parts must be returned within five (5) business days.

The service from all the staff were friendly and courteous to the point of showing me the towbar on the car and... removing it with all bolts and wiring then telling me how to fit it to my car. It's on the car and wiring done all working well thanks for your time and patience. Will be recommending your service thank you. The price was cheaper than the other quotes.read more

The staff members were helpful the in charge was bit hard to get a hold off understandable if he's trying to run every... think maybe give the other staff bit of control the tailgate that was pictured had a spare wheel cover but after I made payment and the item was removed the cover was also removed then the in charge told me it's seperate but it's part of the tailgate wasn't very happy with that 😤read more

Abusing/insulting your customers doesn't seem right to me. This is what i got, and more.I went in there late last week... and bought an air conditioner condenser for my Iveco daily van. I said i'd have to get it tested first before putting it in, due to the fact it costs a lot to put them in, so it has to be right first. I asked if it turned out faulty is it ok to get refund? The guy said yes, and so I bought it.Went to get it tested on Friday and the people at Autocool automotive air conditioning couldn't even test it because there was a bolt snapped off in the female housing part. They also said the inside was dirty, and appeared contaminated, which isn't worth dealing with. So I took it back for a refund just two hours ago. The guy gave me a hard time for wanting a return. He didn't believe the things i said to him were true. He called me a liar to his friend. I even told him to ring Autocool to check my story, which he denied of course, for fear of being proven wrong. What a massive waste of my time, and yet all he did was try and tell me I wasted their time. I said if your mechanic who took the part off in the first place inspected it properly and picked up the fault none of this would have happened. He tried to blame me for their own error. AND THEN For some reason he had this belief I always caused them trouble, i had never returned any parts before this day, had spent 6-700 dollars for tarago parts a year ago - none of which came back - all there was was a little trouble trying to fit a sun visor, which i asked for some help with from a different staff member - nothing too big, but it was a little hard to figure out. His judgement of me today was prejudice and insulting to say the least. I will never spend another cent there ever again. The worst part was near the end when his dog friend next to him spoke to him in their own foreign language, to which he laughed at out loud - what he said to him was obviously an insult - one that was obviously so low and mean he couldn't say it in plain English. Now that's what I call racist, anti-Australian behaviourread more

Just dropped our car off here. These guys were so efficient. Didn’t try and low-ball us on price, came and signed... paperwork and gave us a deposit within an hour or two of our initial discussion about the car, and the balance on drop off a week later. Super easy, stress free. Would use them again if we were staying in WA.read more
